Ensure the items are in their original condition with all tags intact; our team will review your request within 24-48 hours.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items in the original packaging and use the prepaid shipping label provided in your approval email.
Receive Refund
Once our warehouse receives and verifies the product, your refund or exchange will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
